1) When will my order ship and be delivered? Orders will ship out within 1-3 business days.  We ship USPS priority so once an item ships it is typically delivered within 2-5 business days depending on where it is being shipped in the USA.  

2) If you would like to pickup your products locally at the salon to save on shipping please use the code PICKUP at checkout and text Victoria at 251.716.9699 to coordinate when you can pickup. Please text and not call. If Victoria is at appointments at the salon she can respond faster via text. Orders must be picked up within 5 business days or they will be packed for shipping and a shipping charge will be added.  

3) Goodnight Starbright was created using naturally derived ingredients such as botanical extracts, roots, essential oils and flowers combined with naturally occurring carrier agents, surfactants, humectants and emulsifiers. 

4) While we do not use harsh preservatives such as parabens etc., it is imperative that products are free of contamination and remain so after each of our customers opens and uses the product. Therefore, each formula meets the necessary level of protection with more natural and gentle preservation. 

5) Our products are gluten free.

6) Our products are not certified vegan or vegan approved, but they do not contain animal derived ingredients and nothing is ever tested on animals. 

7) We want you to be fully happy with your order! If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 20 days of your purchase date for a full refund. *All unused product must be brought back either to the salon within this time frame (20 days from purchase date) or it must be shipped back to us within that time frame as well before the refund will be processed.
